Accounts Receivable Specialist
***** ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE | INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK!!***** Job Type: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Princeton, NJ Pay:$28-31/hr An international organization is seeking an accounts receivable specialist to join their team to support a software upgrade. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B collections experience, credit management, strong skills in SAP, and ability to multi-task. What you'll be responsible for: + Handle daily, routine incoming and outgoing customer calls + Build and maintain strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction + Manage daily orders on hold + Manage direct or wholesaler customer accounts to ensure timely payment + Identify and resolve direct or wholesaler deductions + Run and manage daily activity reports + Monitor customer credit lines in accordance with Company credit procedure + Monitor the customer parenting hierarchy + Ensure effective communication of credit related issues to sales organization, as appropriate + Support sales efforts while maximizing revenue return What you’ll bring: + 5+ years of collections and credit management experience + Proficiency in SAP. + Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus + Ability to generate and analyze aging reports. + Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLookup. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
