Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description:

2+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable

Experience with billing, collections, and cash application

Experience with basic Excel functions

Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or any other related field of study nice to have

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, review, and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.Track and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.Process payments and apply them to appropriate accounts.Address customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting.Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
