What You Will Be Doing: Post monthly strata charges and process EFT payments Prepare the monthly AR report Issue owner refund checks Assist AR staff and support where needed Other duties assigned by management
Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 5+ years of AR experience 1+ year of leadership experience Outlook, Word, and Excel Familiar with Yardi (would be an asset)
