We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage the reporting and processing of royalty income. The role involves monitoring aging reports from multiple entities, preparing reports for senior accounting members, and conducting ad hoc analysis for special projects. The coordinator will investigate invoice discrepancies, prepare new invoices after resolving issues, and work collaboratively with project managers to ensure accurate billing.
ResponsibilitiesExtensively assist in collection efforts, tailoring communication to each client via email.Prepare collections reports, analyze unpaid vs. paid invoices, and construct client-specific collection plans.Proactively navigate upcoming collection efforts as needed.Conduct monthly meetings to provide summaries and cash flow reports for the CFO.Assist with client billing processes.Essential SkillsExperience with accounts receivable, aging reports, and billing collections.Proficiency in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.Strong Excel skills.Experience in billing/collections, particularly within the AEC industry.Ability to conduct invoice analysis and reconciliation.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills as the role is outward-facing and involves direct interaction with design leadership.Adaptability to new technologies.Bachelor's degree in Accounting.Work EnvironmentThe role initially requires 5 days in person for training, with eventual hybrid flexibility of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, depending on team coverage. This may change to 5 days in the future. The position offers exposure to high-impact projects within a global architecture and design firm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00/hr.
