Description
\n\t\t\t\t\t•\tAnalyze credit data, financial statements, and payment histories to assess customer credit risk.\n•\tRecommend credit limits and terms for new and existing customers in accordance with corporate policies.\n•\tMonitor customer accounts and proactively manage the credit portfolio to minimize delinquency and bad debt.\n•\tCollaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting teams to resolve credit and collection issues.\n•\tPrepare credit reports, presentations, and risk assessments for senior management.\n•\tStay updated on economic and industry-specific factors that could impact customer credit risk.\n•\tSupport internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analyses.\n•\tAssist with the continuous improvement of credit risk management processes, policies, and reporting.\n•\tRemain flexible with a positive disposition in the face of changing needs and customer demands.\n•\tThe above represents general responsibilities for the position. \n\t\t\t\t\t•\tBachelor’s degree in financial field preferred\n•\t2+ years of credit analysis, financial analysis, or related experience, is preferred\n•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n•\tExcellent organization, communication, and time-management skills\n•\tExperienced in Microsoft Excel and Word\n•\tKnowledge of credit reporting from reporting agencies (D&B, Experian, etc.)\n•\tAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail\n\n*Must have collections experience!*

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
