Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support in managing our accounts receivable processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both calling customers and reconciling/processing payments in our systems. This role is crucial in ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B customers.
Responsibilities
+ Perform basic collections functions, including contacting customers who are late on payments.
+ Reconcile and process payments in the accounting system (Acumatica).
+ Assist the accounting manager with collections activities to manage the volume of B2B transactions.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and timely payment processing.
+ Work with spreadsheets (Excel) to manipulate data and generate reports as needed.
+ Handle chargeback processing and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
+ Support additional collections activities as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
+ Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel) and ERP platforms (experience with Acumatica is a plus).
+ Strong communication skills and ability to establish relationships with customers.
+ Ability to perform basic collections functions and manage payment reconciliations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Acumatica ERP.
+ Strong customer service background .
+ 1 to 3 years of collections/AR experience.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position, with work scheduled for 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
