Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Create, review, and send customer invoices accurately and on timePost and track incoming payments, including checks, ACH, and credit cardsMonitor accounts for past-due balances and follow up on outstanding paymentsResolve billing questions and discrepancies with customersReconcile accounts and maintain clear, organized recordsAccounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or business preferredPrevious experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accountingStrong attention to detail with basic math and data entry skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP softwareApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
