Accounts Receivable Clerk
About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Clerkto join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing credit applications, verifying customer data, and ensuring timely collections on outstanding accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and evaluate customer credit applicationsVerify and maintain accurate customer account informationMonitor and follow up on past due accountsCommunicate with customers to resolve billing issues and discrepanciesCollaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processingMaintain organized records of all accounts receivable activitiesQualificationsPrior experience in accounts receivable OR a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related fieldStrong understanding of credit processing and collections proceduresExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWork Environment & Schedule

This position offers aflexible hybrid work schedule:

Training Period:1–2 weeks onsiteOngoing Schedule:Tuesdays & Thursdays:Onsite from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, remote in the afternoonMondays, Wednesdays & Fridays:Fully remote

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
