Accounts Receivable Specialist
Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can manage repetitive tasks with focus, and is comfortable navigating both modern client portals and older, manual systems. Key Responsibilities:Accurately process and post incoming payments in a timely mannerManage client accounts across various platforms, including digital portals and manual systemsMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoicesHandle credit and re-bill processes, including issuing adjustments and re-invoicingCommunicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issuesMaintain accurate and organized records of all AR transactionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve account issuesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field preferredComfortable working with legacy systems and manual processesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasksBasic proficiency in Excel and general computer skillsExcellent communication and follow-up skills
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
