Job DescriptionThis role involves processing labor, delivery, and other cost-related items efficiently for each job. You will handle job billing and closings, ensuring accurate invoicing for completed projects. Additionally, you will assist with collections by exporting reports and support sales associates with processing customer sales transactions.
ResponsibilitiesProcess paperwork and communicate with management.Handle billing processes and paperwork, verify transactions, and record sales and operations information.Manage opening and closing of orders, money handling, and credit card processing.Assist with collections by exporting outstanding receivables on Excel and updating payment status.Collaborate with the Corporate AR Collection Specialist.Review orders to ensure inventory is accurately recorded and properly allocated.Identify personal growth needs and improvement opportunities.Seek to obtain product information and learn correct processes.Suggest process improvements for operational efficiencies.Occasionally perform sales transactions and communicate effectively with others.Essential SkillsExperience and attention to detail while working with numbers and resolving discrepancies.Businesslike and professional personality.Ability to participate effectively as a team member in the Accounting Office.Strong commitment to the company’s vision and core values, contributing positively to the company culture.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with building materials or a retail environment is helpful.The opportunity for long-term growth as the current role holder is retiring in August.Work Environment
The position is based in the office at the outlet site, specifically located upstairs of the warehouse.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
