Location: 700 Keystone Industrial Park Road Throop, PA
Shifts:
1st shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Pay: 18.25/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team for a temporary position. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via telephone, including conference calls, and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts. You will need to employ strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and advanced research techniques, including root cause analysis, to bring accounts to resolution. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts. Perform root cause analysis to identify issues causing unpaid balances. Reconcile daily accounts and resolve discrepancies. Research and resolve problem checks, correct proofs, and make bank deposits. Contact shippers to resolve issues with checks that cannot be processed. Additional duties may include data entry, processing mail, and handling forms.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and Word. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform detailed research and root cause analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior phone center or collections experience preferred.
