Job Description
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for processing enterprise transactions efficiently and ensuring quality standards are met. You will perform basic problem-solving tasks and execute resolutions for discrepancies, missing information, or missing policy approvals. Collaboration with finance management and cross-functional analysts will be essential to resolve unprocessed or unique transactions and address any discrepancies. A significant part of your role will involve cash postings using 10-key skills.

The work environment is located in a large, modern building with flexible scheduling options. The Accounts Receivable team is divided into Credit/Collections and Cash App groups. You will report to the Cash App team, working closely with the AR Supervisor. You are required to work onsite for the initial training period, after which you can choose three days to work in the office consistently. The environment supports work-from-home options for personal appointments or health reasons. This position offers growth opportunities within a nationally recognized brand with immense market familiarity. The team consists of over 100 people within Accounting & Finance, providing ample opportunities for internal shifts and advancement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.50/hr.
