Accounts Receivable Associate

Position Purpose:

The AR Associate is charged with the proper invoicing within standard polices reflective of the customers’ requirements. He or she shall work with any and all personnel to assure timely and accurate invoicing and rating occurs. The billing personnel will, at times, be required to interface with other departments. In addition, the AR Associate will assist with month-end closing responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

100% - Accounts Receivable - Assist with month-end, create journal entries and be able to understand the general ledger. Enter information to create invoice; review information and invoicing for accuracy; create spreadsheets as required by customer; upload for payment. Prepare smart lists of all completed calls for specific customers; analyze all paperwork submitted and verify accuracy by field service professionals to ensure accurate billing. Communicate with field service professionals for any missing information

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
 

Working Conditions:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
 

Minimum Qualifications:
