We are seeking a proactive Accounts Receivable Associate to join our expanding team. With a focus on collections and invoicing, this role requires a go-getter attitude and the ability to work effectively under direction.
Responsibilities
+ Research received payments and ensure they are accurately posted to the correct accounts and outstanding invoices.
+ Constantly reconcile and update customer receivables to reflect the current outstanding balances.
+ Handle collections and invoicing tasks efficiently.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 6 months experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
+ Experience in invoicing, billing, or collections.
+ Familiarity with reconciling payments to accounts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Netsuite is a plus.
+ Experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
Work Environment
Join a large corporate accounting team of over 60 professionals, reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager. We offer a friendly business casual environment with a high volume of workload due to company growth and acquisitions across multiple states. The position is initially created to manage workload and will be assessed for long-term need.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
