Job Description
Join a dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst where you will engage in business-to-business collections while managing a portfolio of customers and aging reports. You will be responsible for applying collected payments and validating credit requests.
ResponsibilitiesConduct business-to-business collections.Manage a diverse portfolio of customers.Oversee and analyze aging reports.Apply payments that have been collected.Validate credit requests.Essential SkillsProficiency in accounts receivable processes.Experience in collections and accounting.Strong skills in invoicing, reconciliation, and cash application.Ability to handle deductions and refunds.Exceptional customer service skills.Expertise in managing aging reports.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in email communication.Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.Experience with processing refunds.Work Environment
This role is part of a challenging collections environment, especially considering the transportation industry's current focus on the bottom line. The team comprises approximately nine members, including three contractors. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
