The Accounts Receivable Analyst will primarily focus on collections through email and phone, applying credit memos and payments, and managing a portfolio of 300-350 customers. Credit analysis experience is a plus to provide support for the Credit Team, with D&B as a tool of reference.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all collection efforts for trade receivables including contacting customers and field operations.Act as a liaison to resolve receivable matters and disputes.Provide support to field offices for customer accounts-related activities.Provide recommendations on payment plans for customers as needed.Respond timely to statement inquiries and other questions on the Accounts Receivable master phone line.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other departments and team members.Perform consolidated account summaries, including pulling data from multiple locations and consolidation reporting.Participate in special projects such as audit support and month-end tasks.Work Environment
The role offers flexibility with no set hours for starting or leaving work. There are three days of in-office work required. The team consists of about 12 members, who interact closely within the AR, Collections, and Billing cycle. The company is rebuilding and growing fast after the pandemic, with most business linked to the hotel and hospitality industry. The workplace provides free coffee, and free soda will return post-pandemic.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
