Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounting team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Accounts Receivable Analyst
**Location:** San Jose, CA
**Pay Range: $29**
**Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm**
**What's the Job?**
+ Maintain accurate customer records related to billing and sales tax information within the company's accounting system.
+ Record all cash receipts and ensure proper posting to customer accounts, including checks, wires, ACH payments, and credit card transactions.
+ Perform electronic daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts regularly.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, researching transactions and resolving issues efficiently.
+ Develop and implement processes and written procedures for sales tax filings across various states.
**What's Needed?**
+ Three to Five years of related financial experience, with proficiency in software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
+ Experience with Acumatica is a plus.
+ Two years of college coursework in accounting, business, or equivalent experience preferred.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
+ Strong analytical and communication skills to interface effectively with other departments and customers.
