The Accounts Receivable Analyst will primarily focus on cash applications, coordinating with the account management team, and reporting findings and analyses to management. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth application of cash through invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
ResponsibilitiesApply cash through invoices primarily using ACH or wire transfers.Manage and organize a shared mailbox for accounts receivable inquiries.Conduct manual cash applications using advanced Excel functions.Complete 10-12 deposits per day, ranging from simple to complex.Coordinate and collaborate with the account management team for resolution and research.Report to management and the accounting team on findings and analyses.
Essential SkillsExpertise in cash application and reconciliation.Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFs.5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, specifically in cleanup and backlog scenarios.
Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
