Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for managing collections through email and phone, applying credit memos and payments, and overseeing a portfolio of 300-350 customers. Experience in credit analysis as a backup for the Credit Team is a plus, particularly using D&B systems.

ResponsibilitiesManage all collection efforts for trade receivables, including contacting customers and field operations.Serve as a liaison to resolve receivable matters and disputes with customers.Support field offices with customer accounts-related activities and recommend payment plans as needed.Respond promptly to statement inquiries and other questions on the Accounts Receivable master phone line.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other departments and team members, providing outstanding customer service and responsiveness.Perform consolidated account summaries by pulling data from multiple locations and generating consolidated reports.Participate in special projects such as audit support, month-end tasks, and third-party collections.Essential Skills2+ years of business experience with a focus on collections.College degree in Finance or Accounting is desired.Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience with Oracle is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Highradius and NACM certification is a plus.Familiarity with large ERP systems like SAP.Customer service-oriented mindset.Work Environment

The Accounts Receivable and Collections teams have merged, creating a dynamic environment where team members handle a wide range of tasks. The team consists of about 12 people. The position requires three days in the office, with flexibility in working hours. The company provides free coffee and plans to bring back free soda post-pandemic. The business primarily serves the hotel and hospitality industry, and the company is in a phase of rapid growth following the pandemic.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
