We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Payable Team and contribute to the continued success of our company.

Your mission:

Process third-party and/or intercompany invoices across multiple Thales entities within defined deadlinesValidate invoices, perform PO matching, coordinate approvals and ensure correct accounting allocationCapture invoices and manage data accurately within Accounts Payable systemsHandle and resolve invoice and supplier queries in a timely and professional mannerProcess employee expense claims and perform compliance and policy checks
