Our client in the Plano, TX area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

5+ years of accounts payable experience in a multi-location environmentSupport day-to-day accounts payable operations across multiple locations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong vendor relationshipsProcess invoices, including vendor setup, W-9 collection, and GL codingReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesPartner with internal teams and vendors to support timely payment processingProficiency with Microsoft Office and automated accounting systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
