The Accounts Payable Specialist supports accounting, estimating, cost analysis, tax, and other business objectives through the collection, processing, and distribution of cost or financial data. This includes managing transactions with employees, suppliers, and customers in accounts payable and receivable, travel accounting, payroll, and disbursement control. The role involves reviewing transactions for compliance with established requirements, processing financial documents and reports, and performing basic reconciliations. Additionally, the specialist assists in resolving discrepancies by coordinating with employees, suppliers, customers, and other organizations.

The position operates on a 1st shift schedule with hours determined upon hiring. Employees have the opportunity to apply for full-time positions while on contract.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
