Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive vendor relationshipsSupport finance team with daily administrative and workflow tasks Perform accurate data entry and daily data managementOrganize and maintain customer and vendor account files Assist with Accounts Payable processes Track company assets and maintain accurate recordsCommunicate effectively with vendors and internal teamsComplete additional administrative duties as assignedAccounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to multitask and adapt to changing prioritiesProficient in data entry and basic administrative tasksMust have strong attendance Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
