3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable

Ability to process 400+ invoices weekly

Experience with manual processes

Mid-to large size ERP experience

Basic knowledge in Excel functions

Manage Multiple Locations with other AP Specialists and AP ManagerManually Manage AP inbox dailyEnsure bills are getting into Chase360.Respond to internal/external emails.Reconcile Vendor AR Aging to our vendor payable balance.Help review New & Updated Vendor Documentation for AP ManagerMove email to correct folder.Use Boomerang to follow up on emails.Processing Bills accuratelyEnsure correct bill is attached.Any additional backup attached.Ensure proper general ledger coding of invoices.Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.Establish a good working relationship with employees.Establishing a good working relationship with vendors.Verify vendor accounts, pay vendors and invoice or payment discrepancies.Ensure check requests and employee Expense Reports are supported with proper documentation (i.e., invoice, receipts, etc.) Ensure all online invoices are downloaded so that there are no late payments.Filing paperwork property whether in a filing system, or in our system.Assist with W9’s and 1099s to ensure proper tax reporting. Keep informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.Assist in special projects.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Newport Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $30.00/hr.
