Accounts Payable Specialist
Chesterfield, MO (hybrid after training)
Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Expectation of processing 60-100 invoices per day.Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests.Vendor Management: Maintain and update vendor files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, as well as check payments.Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date.Expense Reports: Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts payable reports and assist with month-end closing.Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and assist with audits as needed.Top Skills Details

Qualifications
2-5 years of full cycle AP experienceExperience in JDEPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
