Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting financial compliance and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and experience working with SAP in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Process and verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner + Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices + Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger + Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments + Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting + Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies + Support audits and provide documentation as needed + Collaborate with procurement and other departments to resolve payment issues Required Skills & Qualifications: + Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable + Proficiency in SAP and invoice processing systems + Strong understanding of three-way matching and purchase order workflows + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
