Job Description

We are seeking an experience Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with project based work! Fully remote assignment!

ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities will focus on credit card roll out for employees Review and input of vendor bills for payment, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records. Proficiently prepare and generate checks, accounts payable reports, and systematically organized AP files, demonstrating adept navigation of financial reporting systems. Ensure precision in financial information coding, facilitating accurate posting of transactions in the accounting system. •Play a pivotal role in month-end closing tasks, contributing to the preparation of journal entries and meticulous reconciliations. Promptly and professionally responded to customer, vendor, and internal inquiries, showcasing strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of accounts, procedures, and processes.Essential Skills4 years of accounts payable experience related to credit cardsProficient experience utilizing an ERP system and Microsoft ExcelPrevious experience working remotely! Work Environment

This role is fully remote located in EST - short term project based assignment with potential to be extended!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
