Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for efficiently processing invoices across multiple locations, handling payment processing, maintaining vendor records, resolving payment inquiries, and providing comprehensive support to other departmental functions.

ResponsibilitiesProcess high volumes of detailed, time-sensitive invoices from various locations and functions with exceptional accuracy.Collaborate with respective teams to resolve issues related to pricing, receiving, payment, and other payables.Maintain the authorized vendor master file by verifying new vendor authenticity, obtaining W-9 forms, updating address changes, terms, and locations, and resolving setup issues.Conduct regular and special payment runs, ensuring correct assignment, approval, and support of payments.Transmit domestic and international wire payments through the treasury services provider.Research and address general ledger queries from North American locations.Provide excellent customer service.Calculate and post key month-end accounting entries.Facilitate the company-wide employee PNC p-card program by managing employee accounts, auditing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.Essential SkillsProficient in invoice processing and reconciliation.Experience with accounts payable and invoicing.Skilled in accounting and data entry.Familiarity with SAP or another large ERP system.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh-volume accounts payable experience.Large ERP system experience (SAP preferred).Work Environment

The role requires working on-site for five days a week, with consideration for a one-day remote option upon request. The work environment is collaborative, engaging with the AP and general finance groups, auditors, banks, customers, and vendors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
