This Accounts Payable Specialist will support the team by processing invoices in SAP and Esker, as well as managing vendor maintenance.
ResponsibilitiesReview purchase order backed invoices and complete a three-way match with the invoice, purchase order, and receipt of goods.Collaborate closely with Procurement, Plant Administrators, and Cost Accountants to resolve invoice holds related to pricing, quantity, goods receipts, or other purchase order issues.Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox and respond to invoice and payment-related inquiries from vendors and business partners.Distribute invoices to appropriate parties for proper receiving on a purchase order, coding, and/or approvals, whether at the Plant or Corporate level.Essential SkillsFive or more years of experience with Accounts Payable in organizations with revenue greater than $100 million.Proficiency in SAP with at least two years of experience since 2021 or more recent.Experience in vendor communication, both written and oral, within an Accounts Payable context.Proficiency in performing a three-way match with purchase orders.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working within an international company is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Work Environment
The team has over five members and works in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time, onsite position, requiring five days a week in the office.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
