Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Northborough, MA
Key Responsibilities:
Process50–75 invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency.Support the Controller with tax documentation, including registration and franchise fees.Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to prepare customer quotations and manage RMA/complaints.Maintain and update pricing logs and worksheets.Utilize ERP systems to enter orders, generate invoices, and assist with cash collection.Coordinate logistics and registration for U.S. tradeshows, including booking travel and shipping materials.Assist in registering the company as a supplier with branded U.S. customers.Prepare bank deposits and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and time management skills.Why This Role?

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
