Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a prominent organization! Responsible for day-to-day Accounts Payable functionality, ensuring timely and accurate processing by managing intercompany and 3rd party invoices. Analyze monthly payment trends and vendor statement reconciliation to the ledger is accurate
ResponsibilitiesManage intercompany invoice receipt, match, approval, and balance reconciliationManage 3rd party invoice receipt, match, approval, and balance reconciliationReview and process inbound and outbound landed cost paymentsEnsure payments are processed timely and accurately per the due datesSupport fixed asset creations by providing supporting documents on timeInput all invoices received to the AP sub-ledger to ensure no missing paymentsMaintain basic knowledge of accounting to identify incorrect codingParticipate in quarterly variance analysis preparation and reviewAssist with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance testing and supporting documentationPerform other duties as assignedEssential Skills2-5 years of Accounts Payable experienceConcur, Infor, or other ERP experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsSelf-starter with positive “can do” attitudeTeam playerIntermediate Excel and Outlook skillsU.S. Customs/Duty experience would be a plusWork Environment
This position is hybrid requiring 3 days a week in Englewood Cliffs, NJ totaling a 40-hour work week.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.25/hr.
