Title: Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Maplewood, NJ

Pay: $25-$35 an hour

A leading construction company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties

including but not limited to processing invoices, matching to purchase orders, reconciliations, working with subcontractors, working heavily within Microsoft Excel, Provide timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items related to payroll and billing with an emphasis on auditing, quality assurance, and controls, and much more!

Job Responsibilities:

Support accounting related functionsProcess invoicesVendor ManagementProvide timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items related to AP with an emphasis on invoicing, 3 way matching, auditing, quality assurance, and controlsMaintain client information such as site location, mailing and billing information in accordance with department and company policies, with an emphasis on contract reviewCommunicate with subcontractors Create pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s within Microsoft Excel

Experience:

2 to 5 years of Accounting ExperienceBachelor's DegreeStrong Attention to DetailExcel Skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.05/hr.
