Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic team within a growing med device company. This role involves managing various aspects of accounts payable operations and assisting with a critical migration project.

ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.Code invoices according to company standards.Enter invoices using 10key data entry methods.Assist in the migration from Quickbooks to Netsuite.Scrub the master accounts payable vendor list for accuracy.Verify correct contact information on all invoices.Confirm accurate email information for vendors.Ensure routing numbers and ACH information are correct.Essential SkillsProficiency in accounts payable processes.Experience in invoice processing and coding.Competency in data entry, particularly 10key entry.Knowledge of Netsuite software.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 3 months experience in accounts payable.Familiarity with Quickbooks and Netsuite transition.Work Environment

Join a rapidly growing team that has expanded from 40 to nearly 100 employees over the last nine months, with many team members working remotely. The new office space is located in Plymouth, MN. The finance team consists of seven members, including the Controller, Accounting Manager, and Accounts Payable Specialist. As a clinical-stage, publicly traded biotechnology company, the focus is on extending the lives of cancer patients through targeted therapies. The team is transitioning to Netsuite, going live this week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
