We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor and subcontractor invoices on a timely basis, producing records, bookkeeping, and financial transactions, reconciling statements, preparing sales and use tax reporting, and monitoring open payables for timely approval.

Essential Skills
+ Accounts payable experience.

+ Subcontractor billing knowledge.
+ Proficiency with 10-key.
+ 4+ years of accounts payable experience.
+ Experience in the construction, electrical, or trades industry is a must.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with COINS ERP is a plus but not required.

Join a dynamic and growing team with a fun and growth-oriented mindset. The accounts payable team currently consists of three members, and we are adding a fourth to keep up with our rapid growth. Our company has experienced significant expansion, with office employees growing by 25% year over year and field employees doubling in the last year. We process over 100 invoices daily, and last month, the team handled 5,000 invoices. We are currently using a manual invoice processing system but are working on implementing OCR automation within our COINS ERP. The work schedule is initially five days a week, with the opportunity for one work-from-home day once trained. Our team typically starts around 7 am. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within our multiple divisions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
