Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Receptionist to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Receptionist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Accounts Receivable Receptionist
**Location:** Ashland, KY
**Pay Range:** $15-$18
**What's the Job?**
+ Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel
+ Assisting with accounts receivable duties, including invoicing and collections
+ Providing administrative support to the finance department
+ Preparing and distributing reports as needed
+ Other duties as assigned
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficiency in Quickbooks (Required)
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
