Manpower is seeking a skilled **Accounts Payable Associate** to support a local business with full-cycle AP operations. This role involves managing vendor accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records using **QuickBooks** .
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Verify and record invoices, credits, and deposits
+ Reconcile purchase orders and packing slips
+ Process vendor applications and ensure timely payments
+ Maintain accurate inventory and floorplan records
+ Prepare monthly customer statements
+ Track incoming/outgoing funds and apply proper billing procedures
+ Ensure all expenses are approved and documented
**Skills & Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma (2-year post-secondary preferred)
+ 3+ years of office experience (accounting preferred)
+ Proficient in **QuickBooks** , MS Word & Excel
+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
+ Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
+ Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending)
**Location:** Lavalette, WV
**Pay:** $16.00-$19.00/hr, based on experience
