Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Payment Processer with over 2 years of hands-on payment processing experience in a high-volume environment. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely execution of high-volume payments across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will bring precision, accountability, and a proactive mindset to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This person will be responsible for processing high-volume payments—including checks, ACH, wires, and manual disbursements—using Oracle. They will manage multiple shared inboxes, respond to urgent payment requests, and ensure timely and accurate execution across various business units. The role includes maintaining detailed payment logs, tracking shipments, and resolving issues like bounced ACH payments in coordination with the vendor team. They will also support Treasury with payment visibility and assist in onboarding new team members.

2+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume payment processingFamiliarity with processing large payment batches (beyond single invoice entry)Strong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyComfortable with electronic payment systems and uploading files to banksExperience with high-volume check cuttingNice-To-Have:

This company is based in Greenwood Village, CO. This is an onsite role with a flexible schedule—team members use a shared calendar to note early departures or late arrivals to ensure coverage. The team is small and collaborative, consisting of 4 people: 2 focused on payment processing and 2 on vendor management. The team culture is a mix of personalities, with some being more outgoing and others preferring a quieter, heads-down approach. Leadership is supportive and approachable—the AP Manager, is more reserved and personable, while the AP Director, brings energy and enthusiasm to the team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
