ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER

Location: Stafford Township, NJ
A leading organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee their team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of management experience and exposure to a high-volume environment.
What you'll be responsible for:
Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the AP team. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Monitor AP metrics and performance, identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.Maintain strong internal controls and support audit and compliance efforts.Develop and implement AP policies, procedures, and best practices.Provide regular reporting on AP performance, aging, and payment status to senior leadership.What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Experience managing high-volume AP operations (10,000+ invoices/month) strongly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in AP systems and ERP platforms.What you’ll get:

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
