Accounts Payable Lead
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day AP operations, including vendor cleanup, backlog management, and vendor coding. You will lead efforts to convert all vendors to ACH and assist in implementing Billpay and Vendor Café. Additionally, you will work with the Shared Services manager to create analytic reports, evaluate our processes from coding to payment, and address inefficiencies. Your expertise will also be instrumental in creating a scope for internal controls.

Responsibilities:Support day-to-day accounts payable operations, including vendor cleanup and backlog management.Lead the conversion of all vendors to ACH, including the implementation of Billpay and Vendor Café.Collaborate with the Shared Services manager to develop analytic reporting and improve process efficiency.Assist in creating a scope for internal controls.Qualifications:4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.Strong skills in invoice processing and vendor relationships.Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.Experience with full-cycle accounts payable.2+ years of lead or supervisory experience is highly desirable.Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, are a significant advantage.Work Environment:

The work environment includes being in the office four days a week, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays, even during training. The office is located in Plymouth, conveniently across from Northern Taphouse, where team lunches often occur. The team is comprised of two other AP specialists processing over 1,800 invoices monthly. The culture is hardworking yet fun, with team-building activities such as lunches and happy hours. The office is stocked with food, snacks, and beverages, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
