Responsibilities

Review and process high-priority invoices.Address invoice coding exceptions.Process vendor payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.Review and reconcile disbursement batches and payment runs.Maintain an understanding of full-cycle accounts payable workflows, including 3-way match, approvals, and payment terms.Resolve payment issues or escalations.Monitor payment runs and deadlines.Collaborate with internal partners and vendors, including managing banking information.Support month-end close activities.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Disbursements.Strong understanding of invoice to pay processes.Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements.Customer service mindset for handling vendor inquiries.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
