We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team and play a key role in managing AP processes for a leading civil construction company. If you’re organized, Excel-savvy, and eager to grow in a supportive, family-like environment, this role is for you.
About the RoleAs an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll process invoices, manage purchase orders, and support the finance team with essential clerical tasks. You’ll leverage your Excel skills to maintain accurate data and ensure timely, compliant payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.Assist with invoice processing and purchase order management.Support the finance department with clerical and administrative tasks.Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data management and reporting.What We’re Looking ForEssential Qualifications:
Understanding of accounts payable processes.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Bachelor’s degree or 6+ months of office experience.Preferred Skills:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
