Accounts Payable Clerk (Entry Level Accounting)

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure that invoices are processed and paid in accordance with company policy, addressing and resolving any issues or queries related to accounts payable.

Responsibilities

Match invoices to online purchase orders accurately and promptly.Enter non-purchase order invoices in a timely manner.Review invoice entries for accuracy.Collaborate with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to company policy.Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and suppliers.Process and review at least 200 invoices weekly.Handle purchase orders, check returns, and voids.Communicate with vendors and manage remittance address calls.Handle ACH setup requests.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in invoice processing and purchase orders.Experience with accounts payable.Familiarity with JD Edwards software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business obtained since 2022, along with some business experience or internship.Experience in client-facing roles such as customer service, banking, financial advising, or loan processing.Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, including sorting and filtering.

Work Environment

This position is based in a state-of-the-art facility located in Blue Bell, PA, which includes a gym accessible to all temporary consultants. The role requires on-site presence five days a week,. The workplace environment is dynamic, driven by a forward-thinking leadership team under a new CEO.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conshohocken, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
