\n\t\t\t\t\tThe Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely processing of the company’s payables and supporting overall financial operations. This role is central to maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and supporting month‑end/annual financial reporting.

\n\t\t\t\t\tCandidates with the following additional skills will be better equipped to support Regent Aerospace’s fast‑paced manufacturing and financial operations:\nManufacturing Software Experience\nExperience with ERP or manufacturing systems (e.g., receiving logs, PO workflows, freight tracking).\nHow applied: Supports smoother invoice matching, faster discrepancy resolution, and accurate cost allocation.\nIntermediate Excel Skills\nComfort with formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables, or reconciliation templates.\nHow applied: Enhances ability to prepare AP summaries, aging analysis, vendor reconciliations, and month‑end reports.\nSuccess attributes: Accuracy, efficiency, and ability to present clean, organized data.\nExperience Handling Chargebacks, Returns, or Damage Claims\nHow applied: Helps resolve vendor issues quickly and reduces payment delays by understanding documentation for returns, credits, and freight damage.\nCustomer Service or Cross‑Department Coordination Background\nHow applied: Supports coordination with Purchasing, Receiving, and vendors when troubleshooting PO or freight discrepancies.\nSuccess attributes: Professional communication, patience, and ability to maintain positive relationships.\nEducation & Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)\n\nAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field\nAdditional coursework in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting software\nFamiliarity with GAAP principles is a plus\nYears of experience (optional skills): 1+ year in a related accounting, administrative, or manufacturing support role.\n\nDesired Personal Attributes\n\nStrong organizational habits and ability to multitask\nWillingness to learn new systems\nDependability and consistent follow‑through\nAbility to work collaboratively in a small accounting team

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
