Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Title: Accounts Payable ClerkOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our weekly payment cycle and support the Accounting team. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, maintaining financial records, and contributing to smooth operational workflows.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, approval verification, and payment processing.Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments in accordance with company policies.Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and vendor documentation.Process employee expense reimbursements and ensure compliance with reimbursement policies.Assist in onboarding new vendors by collecting and verifying required documentation (e.g., W-9 forms).Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure proper account coding.Support the Accounting team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
