Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist with expertise in invoice processing and data management. This role involves handling high-volume data entry, managing the Cofax system, and ensuring quality assurance in a continuous processing environment.

ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and thoroughly process AP invoices, including locating key details such as invoice number, tax, and freight charges.Process up to 150 invoices per day, with new hires expected to handle at least 60 per day, aiming to reach 100+ as experience is gained.Retrieve invoices from email and upload them into the Cofax system.Review and verify auto-extracted data such as vendor information.Manually enter invoice data into Cofax when necessary to ensure accuracy.Ensure all invoice details are correct before submission for payment processing.Act as a team floater to provide coverage when colleagues are out sick or during peak workload periods.Work within a continuous processing environment to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.Essential SkillsProficiency in accounting and invoicing procedures.Experience in accounts payable and invoice processing.Strong data entry skills.At least 1 year of AP data entry experience.Work Environment

Initially onsite for the first 30 days, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home on Monday and Wednesday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
