Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description

This role involves managing repetitive accounts payable tasks within a dynamic team environment. The current team member is transitioning to the Customer Service team, and we are seeking a skilled individual to take their place. You will be responsible for addressing occasional issues that require research within statements and invoices, and interacting with buyers and suppliers.

ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable tasks efficiently and accurately.Research and resolve issues within statements and invoices.Communicate effectively with buyers and suppliers, maintaining positive relationships.Utilize and learn new systems quickly, including AX and Uninet.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.Proficiency in Excel for data entry tasks.Strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with long-term buyers and suppliers.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to learn new systems quickly.Associates degree is preferred but not required with experience.Work Environment

The role is 100% onsite within a team of five accounts payable professionals. Flexible working hours are available, ranging from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is set in a collaborative and supportive environment, aimed at backfilling the role promptly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
