Qualifications:

Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platformStrong communication skills and eagerness to improveSelf-starter who can work both independently and with a teamAccounting degree (preferred, not required)Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership

Responsibilities:

Post invoicesReconcile statementsDisburse checksBalance statements and finalize dataPrepare accounts for payments and verify data in systemFollow up on past due accounts and returned checksEntering and reviewing W-9sProcess and filing 1099sFilling out credit applicationsCommunication with the dealerships’ department managers
