Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to support our growing accounting team. This role primarily focuses on alleviating bottlenecks in Accounts Payable by managing AP invoice data entry and performing 3-way matching for PO-related invoices. Occasionally, light Accounts Receivable tasks may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities
Handle high-volume AP invoice data entry efficiently.Perform 3-way matching for purchase order-related invoices.Assist with light Accounts Receivable tasks as needed.Utilize ERP systems, specifically Epicor, for invoicing tasks.Maintain accuracy in data entry using 10-key skills.Essential Skills
Proficiency in invoice processing and data entry.Experience with 3-way matching and handling high-volume invoicing.Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Epicor.Strong 10-key data entry skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ideal for individuals pursuing an associate's degree in accounting or a related field.Students working toward an accounting degree are encouraged to apply.Work Environment
This is an in-office position within a 5-person accounting team, including roles such as Controller, AP Specialist, AR Specialist, and AP Clerk. This role is an addition to the existing team, providing an excellent opportunity to grow and potentially transition to a permanent position after 6-12 months, contingent on performance.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
