Accounts Payable Associate
Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate Job Description The purpose of this position is to coordinate and process all plant MRO Accounts Payable transactions, reconcile AP detail to the GL, and manage plant petty cash transactions and credit card payments. Responsibilities + Process Plant MRO Accounts Payable. + Manage credit card accrual and postings. + Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Experience in accounts payable. + Proficiency in invoice processing and purchase order management. + Strong data entry skills. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy. + Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED. + Minimum of 2 years of related work experience. + Basic experience with Glovia. + Familiarity with Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
