We are seeking motivated Accounts Payable Associates to join our new Shared Service Center team. You will support Magna in optimizing global financial operations in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments, and contributing to the harmonization of AP processes across countries such as Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Italy, and Switzerland.
Main Duties
Process vendor invoices and execute payments in a timely and accurate mannerReconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepanciesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to Accounts PayableEnsure compliance with tax regulations and internal controlsCollaborate with internal departments (e.g. Procurement, Controlling, HR, IT)Contribute to documentation and standardization of AP proceduresRespond to internal and external inquiries regarding AP transactions
Education
Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or business administrationWork Experience
Initial experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting preferredExperience in a Shared Service Center or international environment is a plus
Skills
